10th Anniversary of FURUYA augastronome

FURUYA augastronome celebrates its 10th anniversary in August 2025. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all our patrons, producers, and partners who have supported us throughout the years. To commemorate this milestone, we are offering a limited-time 10th Anniversary Special Course starting July 25. We look forward to welcoming you.

Reflecting on the past decade, Chef Kensuke Furuya, owner and head chef, states:"Since our opening, we have been committed to delivering ‘authentic flavors, crafted with care and elegance.’ We combine French cooking techniques with the flavors of Japan’s four seasons, TOKYO X pork, and fresh ingredients from across the country to create every dish. Moving forward, we will continue striving to create unforgettable dining experiences through every plate we serve. We sincerely thank you for your continued support."
