"Ethical Spirits, a distillation venture dedicated to the realization of a circular economy in the production of new age gin and whisky, opens Tokyo Riverside Distillery in Kuramae, Tokyo. As the world's first regenerative distillery dedicated to ethical consumption, the distillery will work with a variety of Japanese sake and beer breweries to produce spirits from a wide range of unused ingredients.
The crowdfunding campaign raised over 100,000 USD in support, 330% of its target. To coincide with the completion of the distillery, we are planning to hold a tour. We believe that this will be a great opportunity for people to see the real distillery in action and gain a deeper understanding of the distilling platform!
